Our candidate registration form requires users to give us contact information
(such as their e-mail address) and to complete a candidate profile containing
information about their employment preferences and qualifications. The
user may also submit a resume. The user's contact and personal information
is used to contact them when necessary, and to send automatic notifications
of matching job opportunities or confidential "invitations" that may
result when employers search the StyleDispatch.com candidate database.
When employers search the candidate database, they are not searching
user resumes, but rather the profiles created by users. The profile
created by the user is designed to protect the privacy of the user and
does not contain any personally identifiable information unless so entered
by the user during registration.
During
registration, the candidate defines his or her status as PUBLIC or PRIVATE.
An PUBLIC status will automatically release the resume, profile and
contact information to a member employer choosing to view the user's
information. Candidates may also elect PRIVATE status, which blocks
all access to personal information from member employers, using the
candidates email address as a point of contact.
E-mail
addresses submitted to StyleDispatch.com during registration will be
used only for the purposes of the StyleDispatch.com career service.
As stated above, the release of a user's resume, contact information
and e-mail are under the control of the user and will not be released
unless so authorized by the user in one of the ways outlined above,
or if the user specifically chooses to receive updates and special offers
from StyleDispatch.com. User contact information is used only for delivering
StyleDispatch.com services and are kept confidential. This information
will not be sold or otherwise distributed to third parties for purposes
other than those outlined above.
